Account deletion

Delete your account and everything in it.

The fastest route is inside the app: Home → Settings → Delete your account. If you no longer have the app installed, use the form here and we will do it for you.

What is deleted immediately

• Your profile, your stated intent and your photo
• Every conversation you are part of
• Your network record and all outcome entries
• Your event sign-ups and any live sessions

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Anonymous event attendance counts remain, and where another person confirmed that the two of you met, their side of that record stays with them.

How long it takes

Deletion from the app is immediate and cannot be undone — there is no deactivation and no recovery period. A request made through this form is completed within 30 days, and we email you when it is done.

Before you go

If the problem is volume, or the wrong kind of introduction, the app settings can narrow who is able to reach you — and you can stop sharing updates entirely. Deleting is permanent; a setting is not.
