This notice covers ol-ga.com only — the website you are reading. The Ol-ga application has its own notice, which you will receive before you use it.

Who we are

What this site collects

• What you type into a form on this site: your name, work email, company, role, and whatever you tell us you are looking for or want to discuss.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and browser type, used to keep the site available and secure.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not run third-party marketing pixels.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to decide which events, venues and cities to open next, and to tell you when Ol-ga becomes available somewhere relevant to you. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside our own team and the service providers that host this site and our email.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it stops being useful for the purpose above — whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ol-ga.com and we will act on it. This notice is provided in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

Deleting an Ol-ga account

If you have used the Ol-ga app, account deletion is a separate process and removes far more than a form submission. Use ol-ga.com/delete, or delete your account inside the app.
